简介：孔婷，上海理工大学hbs02红宝石线路工业工程系讲师，硕士生导师。主要研究领域为数字化供应链与可持续运营管理。主持教育部人文社科基金等省部级项目2项，在《Business Strategy and the Environment》、《International Journal of Production Research》等国际主流SSCI期刊和《南开管理评论》、《中国管理科学》等国内核心CSSCI期刊发表高水平论文20余篇。
Ting Kong is a lecturer in the Department of Industrial Engineering, Business School, University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, and a master's supervisor. Her research is primarily focused on digital supply chain and sustainable operations management. She has successfully led two provincial and ministerial projects. Furthermore, she has published over 20 high-quality papers in reputable international SSCI journals such as Business Strategy and the Environment and International Journal of Production Research, as well as domestic core CSSCI journals such as Nankai Management Review and China Management Science.
摘要：随着大数据、物联网、人工智能等新兴数字技术的迅猛发展，数字时代迎来了重大的技术变革，从而推动了数字经济的蓬勃发展。传统经济和企业运营模式面临着前所未有的挑战，供应链数字化转型升级已成为当务之急。本报告将重点阐述数字化供应链的发展现状、关键技术以及相关的热点研究问题，包括数字化供应链的技术管理、风险管理以及关系管理等。
With the rapid development of new digital technologies, such as big data, the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence and other emerging digital technologies, the digital era has ushered in a major technological transformation, driving the booming development of the digital economy. The traditional economy and business operation mode are facing unprecedented challenges, and the digital transformation and upgrading of the supply chain has become a top priority. This report focuses on the development status of digital supply chain, key technologies and related hot research issues, including technology management, risk management and relationship management of digital supply chain.
