简介：陈燕婷，上海理工大学hbs02红宝石线路副教授，荷兰特文特大学随机运筹专业博士。主要研究领域：随机运筹、排队论及其在医疗管理中的应用。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目，相关研究发表在《Queueing Systems》,《Probability in the Engineering and Informational Sciences》,《Flexible Services and Manufacturing Journal》，《运筹与管理》,《系统科学与数学》等期刊。
摘要：本在该报告中，我们将讨论溢出流对服务系统中柔性配置的影响。在第一部分中，我们将介绍延长非指定服务的服务时间对柔性配置的影响。在第二部分中，我们将解释服务系统中溢出流的负面影响以及损失成本。我们将看到，服务系统的柔性配置并不简单，并且，在柔性设计中，溢出流的负面影响和损失成本也不容忽视。
In this talk, we will discuss the impact of overflow on flexibility configurations in service systems. In the first part, we will introduce the impact of prolonged service time for off-service placements on flexibility configurations. In the second part, we explain the negative effects and costs of overflow in service systems. We will see that such flexibility configurations are not trivial. Moreover, the negative effects and costs of overflow cannot be neglected in flexibility design.
